NOTICE TO BIDDERS

CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD

The charter Township of West Bloomfield will offer the following surplus vehicles for sale to the highest bidders. The following vehicles will be offered for auction via www.ebay.com under the user name, “propertyroom”, starting at 8:00 a.m. on July 26, 2010. The bidding deadline will be 8:00 a.m. on August 2^nd, 2010.

2002 Pontiac / Gran Prix (black)

2002 Chevrolet / Suburban, former police K9 vehicle (4x4, black)

1998 Plymouth / Voyager (purple)

2001 Dodge / Durango (4x4, black)

2006 Dodge / Charger, former police patrol vehicle (black)

2003 Ford / Crown Victoria, former police patrol vehicle (black)

The sale of these vehicles will be on an “as is”, and “where is” (Township Hall) basis. The Township of West Bloomfield makes no warranties implied or expressed with respect to the fitness or merchantability or any auctioned vehicles. It is recommended that potential buyers/bidders make arrangements to inspect the vehicle(s) prior to entering a bid.

Full descriptions of the vehicles will be available on the ebay® auction site. The descriptions will be given as accurately as possible, and in good faith. The Charter Township of West Bloomfield reserves the right to set minimum bids, or to remove or add vehicles from the bid process at any time, to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept any bid considered in the best interest of the township. The bidding process will also be conducted with full consideration of ebay’s® policies and procedures.
