Application Requirements |
In order to receive a building permit, the applicant must submit four (4) sets of:
The grading and soil erosion site plans will be reviewed first by the Engineering Department for grading and then for soil erosion measures.

| Fees |
The application fee for the Grading and Soil Erosion Permit is $300.00, this payment is due at the time of submittal. Additional plan reviews, after Township approval, will be charged $100 per review.
A one year permit extension, may be requested prior to permit expiration, for a fee of $50.00 (only one extension will be granted). Fees are not refundable.
