The Stonbridge Subdivision Association on behalf of the properties owners within Stonebridge Subdivisions No. 1 and No. 2 have asked the Township to assist in establishing a Roadway Improvement Special Assessment District (SAD).  The project involves the milling and resurfacing of approximately 7,180 lineal feet of public roads (Stonebridge Blvd, Stonebridge East, Stonebridge West, Stonebridge Ct, Burtonwood, Bromley Ct, Sequoia, Bristol, East Norma Lee and Abbey) and necessary storm sewer, curb and intersection sidewalk repairs.  Based on an engineer's estimate of all Project costs of $625,743.00 and 101 properties being included and equally assessed, the special assessment against each property would be $6,196.00 but that those amounts could increase and/or decrease. 

The petitions are currently being circulated.  Please note that Stonebridge Subdivision Association members and neighbors will be going door to door to discuss the project and collect signatures.
