Chapter 24 of the Township's Code of Ordinances provides general required engineering and construction standards for water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer including holding facilities, street systems, and grading.

Our office maintains record drawings, township standard detail sheets, sanitary sewer and sump lead reports, and benchmark locations which are available to the public.

After site plans are submitted and approved by the Planning Commission (if applicable) and before any underground construction begins, the Engineering Department must be contacted at (248) 451-4824.
