- Worked as Vice President of a statistical business system consulting company in West Bloomfield, Simons-White and Associates, Inc. assisting companies with implementing business transformation programs that generated substantial bottom-line benefits
- Served in a leadership role at the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), a non-profit trade association, representing the entire automotive industry as a quality and business system expert facilitating over a dozen Committees, Advisory Boards and national Councils
- A respected leader who excels at building strategic alliances and partnerships
- Established the EMU Center for Quality Advisory Board and Corporate Universities
- Served as an elected officer on the American Society for Quality Council as Vice Chair of Publications and Editor in Chief of Automotive Excellence magazine for two terms
- Served on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Informed Outlook Washington D.C. for over 10 years
- Published more than 100 case study articles and books, those remaining in print: AIAG ISO 9000 and the Construction Industry guideline and the AIAG Business Operating System (BOS) guideline
- Worked at Henry Ford World Headquarters Public Affairs staff for four years and Ford Purchasing for three years
