- Served in a leadership role at the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), a non-profit trade association, representing the entire automotive industry as a quality and business system expert facilitating over a dozen Committees, Advisory Boards and national Councils

- Established the EMU Center for Quality Advisory Board and Corporate Universities
- Served as an elected officer on the American Society for Quality Council as Vice Chair of Publications and Editor in Chief of Automotive Excellence magazine for two terms
